Love has always been a bit of a puzzle for me. There’s the love we’re supposed to feel, defined by expectations, and then there’s the love that speaks to my soul.
For a long time, the distance between the two was confusing. Read 100+ books and no where to crack the code of love.
So, I made a choice: I decided to love what makes sense to me & in my own way.
I’ve stopped trying to fit my heart into a pre-shaped box and instead started pouring it into the world around me. Love that is unconditional, fierce, and fearless. A love for the universe and the magic that is everywhere.
I love flowers. I love nature. I love San Francisco. I love Bayview. I love food.
Unconditional love today, tomorrow and forever.
I love fiercely and fearlessly the universe and everything around me ❣️
Finding the Light in the City
This past weekend, a celebration of love in San Francisco was a reminder that when you look for beauty, the universe meets you halfway. From the Embarcadero with the Transamerica Pyramid piercing the sky to the vibrant ranunculus blooming in Yerba Buena Gardens, the city is alive if you’re willing to see it. Like I shared with my student:
It's all about how we see things.
I’m reminded of the song: Become the light. No matter where you’ve been or what path you’ve walked, you have the capacity to be the light. Begin again.
No matter who you are. No matter where you’ve been.
.. you can always begin again
.. rise again.. feel the rhythm…
You can be the light and shine bright
A new world waits for everyone
A beautiful way to welcome the unknown and just be who you are.
Open up your heart and let the light shine in.
Be the glow in the dark, the spark in the night,
Everything’s changing when you become the light.

Community and Connection
My love for this city isn’t just about the views; it’s about the soul of our neighborhood. Spending Saturday at our community cleanup in Bayview: finding joy in a butterfly clip, a mini heart table, and the bright yellow daffodils, reminded me that self-love and care is a practice.
Even the universe seems to find joy. While riding the 44 Muni bus to the SF Botanical Garden, the operator was surprised that I volunteer my time and his name is Prem (Love in Hindi). I see you, universe. I see the beauty.
Weekend of Love & Joy
My experience through the weekend is living Neurodivine moments:
Friday: Golden hour at the Embarcadero and the Mermaid sculpture. Catching up with a student visiting SF and sharing our love for the city.
Saturday: Neighbors showing up for community love in Bayview.
Sunday: Creativity with families at the SF Botanical Garden and a “Tree Mail” letter to the magnificent Magnolias.
Whether it’s the rain, flowers, or a simple conversation, I am choosing to love it all: today, tomorrow, and forever.
Inspired by my student's dessert creation, I added silken tofu and black sesame to my mochi bites trio. Excited to share with friends and Bayview community.

A beautiful message from a family during our Magnificent Magnolia celebration:
Let yourself bloom
like a magnolia blossom
radiant in the sunlight and
resilient in the rain
Raindrops ❣️
It's been a downpour and I'm glad the street tree plantings are getting all the water they need to build their roots in the Bayview.
Different Kind of Love
For me, love isn’t a script - it’s a sensory experience. It’s the way the light hits the Transamerica Pyramid or the scent of a magnolia. I’m choosing a love that’s for me:
Love is a Choice: I’m not waiting for love to find me. I’m deciding to love a flower, a neighborhood, or rain.
Presence: When I notice a mini heart table or a butterfly clip in my Bayview cleanup, I see the miracles around me. That’s where the magic lives.
Unconditional Flow: Love isn’t a transaction. It’s a fearless energy I pour into the universe—and I see the universe smiling back.
After more than a year of waiting to see if I'll still be here in San Francisco, for the wind to shift beneath my feet.. I'm finding my home in SF - I bought a beautiful Sakura set to mark this moment in time. And it makes me smile.
3 Ideas - I love y’all!
1: Choice
I’ve stopped trying to fit into the “supposed to” of love. Now, I just love what makes sense: the ranunculus, the rain, and the heart and soul of Bayview.
What are you choosing to love today? ❣️
2: Universe
From a muni conversation to a letter for our beloved Magnolia, the universe is always reaching out to you. When you love fiercely and fearlessly, it loves you back in the most unexpected ways. Stay neurodivine and keep being the light. ✨
3: Forever
Unconditional love isn’t a mystery; it’s a commitment to the beauty right in front of us. Today, tomorrow, and forever - I’m choosing the flowers, the city, and the magic in between. I see you, universe. 💌
If love is a puzzle, stop trying to fit the pieces. Find joy in the colors instead.

I love how you love❣️✨❣️
