After reading the book Mindsight from Dr. Daniel Siegel, I am in awe with your own personal transformation and how you have been able to help your clients in finding their inner compass and navigate their path.
It helped me navigate through some of my own struggles and challenges with anxiety as well as learn about wellbeing in its core.

A checker may constantly imagine the worst-case scenario, even when nothing is in fact at risk.
At the heart of this process, I believe, is a form of internal “tuning in” to oneself that enables people to become “their own best friend.”
There is a place deep within us that is observant, objective, and open.
This transpirational awareness gives us a sense of being a fundamental part of a larger world.
Embrace the reality of this interconnection, being considerate and concerned with the larger world becomes a fundamental shift in our way of living.
TRIANGLE OF WELL-BEING: MIND, BRAIN, AND RELATIONSHIPS
TRIPOD OF REFLECTION: OPENNESS, OBSERVATION, OBJECTIVITY
Grief allows you to let go of something you’ve lost only when you begin to accept what you now have in its place.
WHAT IS MINDSIGHT? Mindsight is a kind of focused attention that allows us to see the internal workings of our own minds.
Mindfulness is a form of mental activity that trains the mind to become aware of awareness itself and to pay attention to one’s own intention.
This is a good reminder on our perspective for life. Being aware and taking the steps we need to cultivate and thrive in the new environment.
As I prepare for the new path ahead with so many decisions to make, I'm taking it one day at a time.
I'm creating the mindsight I need to be ready for this new phase and move back to my SF home. It could be interesting walking into an empty house and figuring out what I need to make it my own.
I started to explore and find ways to bring my design and minimalistic lifestyle into shaping the home to be. From the essential elements to creating Hygge.
And reading Solve for Happy by Mo Gawdat, opened a path to clarity in seeking the pursuit of happiness. There is more to life than what we perceive. That giving is our path to joy.
Thank you for this book and for sharing your journey and learnings with all of us.
