Gratitude: A heartfelt thanks to 2022
Thanks to the miracles and to the amazing folks connected this year. Happy Thanksgiving to y'all!
Every day is a day of thanks
It’s amazing to see how the year unfolded… uncertainty was right next to the belief that everything would be ok. And that I don’t need to know what will happen in the months ahead, and be certain that life unfolds in the most beautiful ways. Only if I am open and curious to every day as a day of thanks and gratitude.
Extending my heartfelt thanks and gratitude
to the miracles of 2022 around the world!
I have virtually traveled the world in 2022 via conversations and connections - from North America to South America, to Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. It’s amazing how the universe conspires. I had shared my love for travel and how much I miss traveling. Now, my mentees and friends share photos of places they traveled. I love it!
To my mentees, you are the reason I wake up everyday to live my purpose.
You help me be a better me every day. Thank you!
To my students, you make me feel alive in our classes.
I didn’t realize how much I would enjoy teaching product marketing
and sharing my experiences with the world. Thank you!
To my mindful teams, communities, true friends and family, you are my guiding light. I am grateful for all the experiences - the good, bad and ugly, because I have your lovingkindness to guide me every single step in the journey. Thank you!
As we get ready to start the holiday season with Thanksgiving with our dear friends and family, I am preparing my mind, body and soul for 2023. Sharing my love for flowers around the world with this 2023 Calendar with y’all.
Compassion, kindness and pure joy have manifested in ways I cannot describe. A friend and I connected after a year and she said I was glowing. When our mind, body and soul are in sync - we are reflecting the aura and light. I remember the first conversation I had with her about 2 years ago and I was in tears. Time is a true healer. It teaches us a lesson every day that the only thing that matters is now.
Thanks Dhaval for your mindfulness practice on Gratitude. Timely for our day of thanks this week. Much appreciated.
A Student for Life
I am continuing to be mindful and when I notice that I am doing too much, I try to be mindful to stop, pause and breathe. I give myself enough breaks in the day so I can be my best self for my mentees, students and teams.
I shared with my team that I am trying to be timezone agnostic. I have a flexible schedule and make sure I am fully present in my class. The pure joy in being a guiding light for folks is the best gift that life can unfold.
Grateful to be able to continue to read and learn every day. Exploring paths that I wouldn’t have considered before and humbled by the learning experiences.
I am and always will be a student for life. It’s amazing how the books can be interconnected. I read books on Mahatma Gandhi → Paramahansa Yogananda → Michael Singer: Living Untethered → Diana Winston: Fully Present
… a Da Vinci Code to be discovered …
And guess what, on the 21st of this month, I completed my 100 books challenge in goodreads with Michael Singer: Living Untethered as my 100th book. It is amazing what the mind can do when we focus and have pure clarity of what we want to do and what truly matters.
For the explorers out there: sharing my travel discoveries in Singapore.
I encourage you to be mindful, and to practice grace and gratitude in every step of your journey. Each moment matters. It’s up to us to make it worthwhile. Focus on what truly matters.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your dear friends and family!
Live your life to the fullest. It’s totally worth it!
Wishing you smiles and happiness!
